- 1 hour of live coaching calls every other week with Wendy and your other group members. It’s this continuous focus and constant exposure to like-minded people that supports you to reach all of your goals.
- Bonus live Q & A calls. After each call, you will enjoy an open forum to ask questions specific to you and your health concerns and receive additional support from Wendy.
- Every health coaching class is recorded and accessible online if you can’t make the scheduled call.
