    Hi Wendy!

    How are you? This is a very helpful post however i cannot see the rest of the article. Maybe its too early for me?? Ha well i have.been thinking about going veggie for the.next.6 months to year. I would like to staynon the vegan gluten free side but not.going to be.so rigid about that. Organic Meat is too expensive so i thought.maybe.its.time to fast. Anyway i hope all is well Much love to you and.tour.family! Annie 2135006315

      Don’t go veggie!! That’s the LAST thing you want to do and will only further deteriorate your health. You cannot get all the nutrients you need in that diet. It will further exacerbate your adrenal fatigue and thyroid condition. Stick to meat and veggies. Please!!
