Trouble Losing Weight? Balance your Body’s Biochemistry

If diet and exercise are not working for you, there are many reasons that you are over eating or your body is resistant to weight loss. For years, I was missing the following pieces of the puzzle that left me unable to lose weight. Your body will crave foods to increase energy (thyroid or adrenal insufficiency or insulin resistance), increase nutrient intake (mineral or vitamin deficiency), or make you feel better emotionally (serotonin or dopamine deficiency). You must meet your body’s nutritional needs and balance the body’s chemistry or you will naturally be tempted to eat.
