It’s hard to find the right multi-vitamin. It’s even harder to find one that is natural and not synthetic, like 90% of vitamins on the market. Synthetic vitamins, like Centrum or mass-market and grocery store brands (i.e. Kirkland), and even most of the vitamins at Whole Foods, suppress your immune system and should be avoided. Even most so-called ‘food-based’ vitamins are synthetic. They are not recognized by the body because they are made in a lab.
